This is a picture of the World Gym Website found at www.worldgym.com/owings. I have just updated the site to show TWO new spin classes effective IMMEDIATELY. Monday and Wednesday at 830am. These classes will be one hour long-- that means your normal Monday and Wednesday classes that begin at 915am will now start at 930am. Please spread the word!I hope to see you in spin!
