Do you?

It's just as important to read food labels as it is to check the expiration date on your milk. You need to know what your putting in your body. Too much sugars? Too many carbs? Not enough calories? What is the serving size?

I've attached a copy of a food label with important information about what to look for when buying foods. Just remember, this isn't something you need to do every time-- find what brand is best for you and get that every time!
