I’ve always said I would like to create a diet that consists of the left over’s off your children’s plates; things like, 1 ½ chicken nuggets, 3 spoonfuls of Mac & Cheese, the crust off the sandwich, and the last bite of the pizza crust. I’ve decided that this will be the title to my first chapter:
Things licked off of knives and spoons have no calories if you are in the process of preparing something. Example: peanut butter on a knife making a sandwich, and ice cream on a spoon making a sundae.
So for all you lunch, dinner, and dessert making parents, this one’s for you!
