Where do I shop? People ask me all the time where I get my aerobics clothes. Here is one of my favorite sites for finding gym outfits:

My bandannas come from everywhere-- I wear them to keep the hair out of my face and the hairspray, makeup and sunscreen from sweating down and burning my eyes-- trust me, I know they are not glamorous! You should try it one time and give me your opnion. Besides-- it's hard for you to reconize me without it-- this is how I can get away with going down the O isle in the grocery store..

My heart rate monitor-- Its a Polar F6 and I got it off of eBay!
