Quick Fitness Tip - Drink Your Water!

I was talking to Bob today, one of the other trainers, about a client I have that has hit a holding pattern in her workouts. After going through a question and answer period with Bob he tells me that every person should be drinking half their own body weight in ounces of water every day, for example, if someone weighs 160 pounds they need to drink 80 ounces of water every day. The first thought that comes into my head (and I'm not making this up) is "I wonder how much water is in beer". I guess S was right, I DO need therapy!!
